Overview

Zaius (pronouced: zay-us) is a range of fully integrated, web based tools that allow you to keep your site up do date without having to learn any code or tricky software.

Each module may be purchased individually as a stand alone tool or combined as a fully integrated package.

Key CMS features:

• Preview your pages before saving to your site.
• Hide pages from the public, so they can be updated in private. (CMS Site Manager only)
• Copy pages and work on the duplicate. (CMS Site Manager only)
• Online image file optimisation, resizing & cropping. No need for expensive image editing software
• Menu management to rename and resize your menu buttons. (CMS Site Manager only)
• "link manager" to help you link pages within your site or from other sites
• helps prevent accidental deletion of pages & appearance of broken image or page links

Zaius Modules:

• The Page Editor: "wysiwyg" update of regular, 'informational' web pages with; optional page layout templates; online Image Store and image editing; auto thumbnail generator, and file distribution library (e.g. PDFs, PowerPoint, etc.).
• The Site Manager: includes all of Page Editor, plus add, update, delete, archive, hide/unhide, copy pages & data collection forms. Menu Management, Link Management, "Stand alone" pages.
• The News System – add, update, delete & categorise news articles, event notices, publicity. Includes same editor features as Page Editor. Auto archiving by month.
• The Newsletter Generator – Create HTML formatted emails to send with your mailout software (or in conjunction with the Zaius Bulk Emailer), includes 2 basic layout templates. Also generates the associated page hosted on a server for those recipients who cannot view formatted emails.

• Newsletter Subscription forms – Allows readers to subscribe and unsubscribe to newsletters and mailing lists. Lists can be divided into Distribution Lists and exported for use in 3rd Party mailout systems.
• The Newsletter Emailer – send HTML formatted emails to multiple email addresses. Emailing is staggered so as not to conflict with anti spam measures.
• The Image Gallery – maintain a single photo gallery or create & catalogue multiple galleries. Features bulk image upload, auto optimisation for oversized files, online image cropping & resizing, auto archiving of edited images, auto thumbnail generation and manual editing, pagination.
• List Generator – create and maintain lists, eg Stockists, Retailers, etc., grouped by State and linked to a map of Australia.
• The Product Catalogue – add, update, delete products/items, with unlimited properties (e.g. size, colour, age, manufacturer, etc.). Unlimited Category/Sub category level browsing & integration with Zaius Menu Management. Keyword searching, filter by category and/or property. Cross categorisation of products. 'On Special' products.
• The Shopping Cart/Checkout (must be accompanied with The Product Catalogue) customer accounts; separate billing and shipping address; shipping cost calculator; integrates with most payment gateways.
• Shopping Cart Add-Ons
• Stock Control - set stock quantities; prevents sale of out of stock products; low stock alerts.
• Product Variants - for selecting variations of the same product
• Product Type Templates – for selling different types of products with different properties.
• Variables:
• Site Design - where possible, prices will include integration with existing sites and/or supplied site designs. Due to the broad scope of design possibilities and site configurations, each case must be judged individually and extra costs may apply.
• Data Entry is not included in these prices, unless it can be converted to a format compatible for easy import.
